Sogang Graduate School of MOT provides students with the opportunity to learn about field experiences and professional knowledge in diverse areas directly by establishing mentor-mentee relationship between adjunct professors and students.

Students can meet the ones who are acting as convergence technology experts in diverse areas as mentors. Through regular meeting, they can improve the understanding for the latest trend of technology and receive the coaching for management of technology as well as their future life which leads to create the human network by exchange cooperation naturally. In 2017, 29 mentors and 79 mentees participated in this mentorship system.
